We are looking for an Independent Working Chef (Pizza Chef & Pasta Specialist).

Job Description

As an independent working chef, you play an important role within our kitchen. You are responsible for the daily preparation of pizzas, pasta, and related dishes according to authentic recipes and quality standards.

Passion for Italian cuisine, precision, and a strong sense of responsibility are qualities we expect from you. You will work with fresh ingredients, homemade sauces, and artisanal dough, ensuring that every dish meets high-quality standards.

Within our Dark Kitchen, you will have the opportunity to further develop your craftsmanship and contribute to a growing concept.

Job Responsibilities

• Independently and as part of a team, prepare pizzas, pasta, and Italian dishes;
• Work with fresh doughs, sauces, and high-quality ingredients;
• Monitor the taste, presentation, and consistency of all dishes;
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workplace and kitchen equipment (HACCP);
• Contribute ideas for new dishes and process improvements;
• Support an efficient and smoothly operating kitchen team.

Job Requirements

• Available full-time or part-time, including weekends;
• MBO Level 3 working and thinking level or an MBO Level 3 diploma;
• Affinity with Italian cuisine (pizza and pasta);
• Works with a strong focus on quality and according to HACCP guidelines;
• Flexible, stress-resistant, and able to maintain overview during peak hours;
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
